Nationals of Andorra Belgium Canada Cyprus Czech Denmark Estonia Finland France Germany Greece Holy See Hungary Iceland Ireland Italy Japan Latvia Liechtenstein Lithuania Luxembourg Malta Monaco Netherlands Poland Portugal Slovakia Slovenia Spain Sweden Switzerland UK USA may stay in Ukraine up to 90 days without a visa.
Everyone else will need a visa, an invitation or tourist voucher may be required.
