On June 15 2006 Serbia and Montenegro officially split and became two separate countries. For the time being it appears that they are maintaining the same visa rules and share embassies and consulates. These rules are likely to change at any time.
The following nationalities can enter Serbia for up to 90 days without a visa; Andorra Australia Austria Belgium Canada Croatia Cyprus Czech Republic Denmark Estonia Finland France Germany Great Britain Greece Iceland Ireland Israel Italy Latvia Liechtenstein Lithuania Luxembourg Malta Monaco Netherlands New Zealand Norway Poland Portugal San Marino Singapore Slovakia Slovenia South Korea Spain Sweden Switzerland United States of America Vatican Nationals from Albania Bosnia and Herzegovina Croatia Macedonia Russia Slovenia Ukraine can stay for 30 days upon obtaining a pass available at the border.

Kosovo is currently administered by the United Nations. No visa is needed but you may need to convince the border guards of your intentions in Kosovo.
A passport stamped by Kosovo border guards is not recognised by Serbia and Montenegro. Ensure you obtain an entry stamp/visa when you cross the border.
