With regards the documents needed to emigrate there are specialised agents that can undertake the task in approximately 10 days. The cost, according to the haste of the client, starts at 1100 Euro per person. Nevertheless the interested person must provide the following documents that are issued in their country of origin:


- Police Certificate dated not later than 3 months when presented in Paraguay
- Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate (if applicable) and/or Divorce Certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport (current one)
-. Medical Certificate (preferably from country of origin) certifying that one does not have contagious diseases or be infected by HIV
- Professional/Academically Certificates and/or Diplomas (if applicable)


The mentioned documents (originals) must be sent to the Paraguayan Consulate (or Embassy) requesting they be legalised for those residing to:

You are requested to consult previously as to the costs and then remit cheque by Certified mail with self addressed envelope. The costs are usually based per legalised page.


You will also be asked to present a Bank guarantee in Paraguay of U$S 5,000 per person. It will be suffice to have a local deposit account, the monies may be taken out after a few weeks. In order to open a local account one must present a letter of reference from the European Bank in which you are a customer.


This guarantee is not necessary if you already own property in Paraguay. With our help you can request and obtain a permanent residence certificate in Para-guay that will be valid for 10 years and renewable.


Holding a permanent residence permit in Paraguay offers numerous advantages. You‘ll be able to move freely around the country, constitute your permanent residence or a secondary one. Besides you will be able to take employment or work on your own that will allow enjoying the entire fiscal advantages that Paraguay has to offer. Finally, the permanent Resident Certificate is an indispensable document by which one can later obtain a Passport.


All the legalised documents are to be sent through UPS or other such mailing companies prior to your arrival in order to gain time. For in this manner we can prepare the copies of the translations, legalisation’s, authenticates and other items prior to your arrival.
